Practice Policies
Scheduling
Well Visits: Please call our office between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm to schedule well visits. It will be much easier to reach a receptionist after the morning call-in hour.
Sick Visits: We begin booking sick appointments at 8:00 am, Monday through Saturday. We do not pre-book sick visits due to the large number of no shows that occur when the child feels better. If you are calling to schedule a morning sick visit, please contact our office as soon as possible. To schedule an afternoon sick visit, please contact our office after 11:00 am. This allows our staff the opportunity to speak with and schedule those patients who are able to come in first thing in the morning.
